Our client is a well-known company in Hospitality industry. (Travelling)Job Responsibilities
• Under Customer Services Team
• Deliver professional customer service through answering phone call and email
• Answer inquiries and complaints from customers promptly and follow-up appropriately
• Maintain good relationship with customers to enhance business growth

Requirements
• Form 6 or above
• Working experience in customer services/ call center related field would be a great advantage (Full time/Part time experience also acceptable)
• Ability to work independently and strong in problem solving skills
• Ability to communicate with customers in a nice manner and able to handle inquiries independently
• Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Fresh Graduate would also be considerate
